Whisky Sour

This is a sip built on balance. Whiskey, lemon, and sugar that works just as well at home as it does at the bar. Bright and mellow. Part of the classic sour family dating back to the 1800s.
Method
✦ Dry shake all ingredients.
✦ Add ice and shake again.
✦ Double strain.
Serve
Served in a coupe with no ice. Garnished with bitters drops to add aroma.

✦ 50ml Whisky
✦ 25ml Fresh lemon juice
✦ 25ml Sugar syrup
✦ Egg white
