The sip for slowing the pace. Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth built for golden hour at the bar or pre-dinner moments. Bitter, herbal, and confidently bold. Created in Florence in 1919 for Count Camillo Negroni.
Method
✦ Combine gin, Campari, and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. ✦ Stir for 20–25 seconds.
✦ Strain over fresh cubed ice.
Serve
Served in a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnished with an orange peel to enhance aromatics.
