This sip leans fully into escape mode. Pineapple and coconut blended for smooth, tropical drinking. Creamy and sweet. Origins traced to the Caribe Hilton Hotel in 1954.
Method
✦ Shake all ingredients with ice.
✦ Strain into a chilled glass.
Serve
Served in a hurricane glass with crushed ice. Garnished with pineapple to enhance tropical notes.

✦ 25ml Pineapple juice
✦ 50ml Coconut cream
✦ 25ml Lime juice
✦ 25ml pineapple juice
✦ 25ml Sugar syrup
