Spicy Margarita

The the sip that says “one more won’t hurt” and then proves you wrong. Tequila, sharp lime, a salty rim, and just enough chilli to keep things interesting, perfect for lively bars and late parties. It starts fresh and ends warm. A modern twist on the classic Margarita, popularised in contemporary cocktail bars.
Method
✦ Lightly muddle chilli in a shaker.
✦ Add remaining ingredients with cubed ice.
✦ Shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
✦ Fine strain over fresh ice.
Serve
Served in a rocks glass with cubed ice. Garnished with a chilli slice to emphasise heat.

✦ 50ml Tequila
✦ 25ml Triple sec
✦ 25ml Fresh lime juice
✦ 10ml Agave syrup
✦ Fresh chilli slices
✦ 25ml Sugar syrup (Optional)
