Method
✦ Shake all ingredients with ice.
✦ Strain into tall glass with ice.
Serve
Served in a highball with cubed ice. Garnished with pineapple to reinforce tropical notes.

✦ 25ml Sugar Syrup
✦ 10ml Benedictine
