The sip that tastes like switching off. Rum, coconut, and pineapple made for pool bars and holiday energy. Creamy and lush. Created in Puerto Rico in the 1950s.
Method
✦ Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
✦ Shake hard for 10-15 seconds.
✦ Strain over crushed ice.
Serve
Served in a hurricane glass with crushed ice. Garnished with pineapple to emphasise tropical notes.
Ingredients
✦ 50ml White rum
✦ 25ml Pineapple juice
✦ 25ml Coconut cream
✦ 25ml lime juice (Optional)
✦ 25ml Sugar syrup (Optional)
