Method
✦ Add chilli, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker.
✦ Add cubed ice and shake hard to extract heat.
✦ Double strain over fresh ice.
Serve
Served in a rocks glass with cubed ice. Garnished with a thin red chilli slice to signal spice.

✦ 25ml Fresh lime juice
✦ 20ml Agave syrup
✦ Fresh red chilli
✦ 25ml Sugar Syrup
