The a grapefruit-forward sip that feels made for beach bars and long sunny days. Tequila, soft bitterness, and gentle fizz combine into something dangerously drinkable. Light, refreshing, and gently bitter. A traditional Mexican highball from the mid-20th century.
Method
✦ Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
✦ Add tequila and lime juice.
✦ Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
Serve
Served in a highball with cubed ice. Garnished with a grapefruit wedge to lift bitterness.
Ingredients
✦ 50ml Tequila Reposado
✦ 10ml Fresh lime juice
✦ Grapefruit soda (top)
✦ 25ml Sugar Syrup
