Method
✦ Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
✦ Shake hard for 10 - 15 seconds.
✦ Strain over crushed ice.
Serve
Served in a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnished with mint to add freshness.

✦ 50ml Aged rum
✦ 25ml Fresh lime juice
✦ 15ml Orgeat
✦ 15ml Orange curaçao
✦ 15ml Sugar Syrup (Optional)
