This is a sip that rewards curiosity. Gin, fruit, and spice layered for adventurous drinkers. Complex and tropical. Created at Raffles Hotel in Singapore in the early 1900s.
Method
✦ Add cassis to flute.
✦ Top slowly with Champagne.
Serve
Served in a flute with no ice. Garnished with a lemon twist to lift aroma.
