The perfect sip when facing a heatwave. Gin lifted by lemon, honey, Prosecco, and a splash of ginger ale. Fiery, floral, sparkling, and dangerously easy to order a second round.
Method
✦ Dry stir Honey and lemon juice to collins glass.
✦ Add Gin, Prosseco and Ice to glass and stir
✦ Top up with Ginger Ale
Serve
Served in a Collins glass with cubed ice. Garnished with a Elderflower and Pear to enhance freshness.
