Classic Daiquiri

The a sip that shows restraint is powerful. Rum, lime, and sugar stripped back to perfect balance, whether ordered in a serious bar or at home. Sharp and precise. Created in Cuba in the late 1800s near the town of Daiquirí.
Method
✦ Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
✦ Shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
✦ Double strain into a chilled glass.
Serve
Served in a coupe with no ice. Garnished with a lime twist to lift freshness.

✦ 50ml White rum
✦ 25ml Fresh lime juice
✦ 25ml Sugar syrup
