The sip that owns the room. Vodka, citrus, and cranberry built for nights out, party bars, and confident orders. Crisp, pink, and unapologetically fun. Popularised in New York during the late 1980s.
Method
✦ Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
✦ Shake hard until well chilled.
✦ Strain into a chilled glass.
Serve
Served in a coupe with no ice. Garnished with an orange zest to release citrus oils.

✦ 40ml Cranberry juice
✦ 25ml Fresh lime juice
✦ 25ml Sugar Syrup
