Gaspare Campari
This is a sip for easing into the evening. Bitter and lightly sweet with low alcohol, perfect before dinner. Refreshing and balanced. Created in Italy as a lighter alternative to the Negroni.
Method
✦ Build Campari and vermouth over ice.
✦ Top with soda and stir gently.
Serve
Served in a rocks glass with cubed ice. Garnished with an orange slice to soften bitterness.
